BOOKING INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

To secure a booking, we require a deposit of £100. The balance is payable 42 days before the date of holiday. If your arrival is less than 6 weeks away the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

If you cancel your booking before the balance is paid, your deposit will not be returned. If you cancel your booking after the balance has been paid, we will refund the balance amount pending the property being re-let for that period

The Tariff is £500 to £700 per week.
This includes electricity, oil fired central heating, bed linen, towels and tea towels.

For holidays of more than one week we change bed linen, towels and tea towels weekly but we do not provide a cleaning service.

The number of people occupying the accommodation is limited to the number of beds provided. (6 Persons) There is ample parking We regret no pets are allowed in the property The property is a non smoking area

We do not supply non-slip mats for the bath and shower if you need a non slip mat please bring your own

All rubbish should be removed from the property and placed in the wheelie bin.

To allow us sufficient time to prepare the property we ask visitors to arrive not before 4.00pm. and to leave by 10.00am. on the day of departure unless otherwise stated.

The property hired is strictly on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only. The hirer will be liable for any costs incurred as a result of any delayed departure.

There are no extra charges but the hirer is liable for any cost of damage done to the property and the contents. The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as found on arrival.

The use of the accommodation and amenities is entirely at the visitors' own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury to the visitor, other occupants of the let, guests or invitees, or for loss or damage to the belongings of the visitor, other occupants of the let, guests or invitees. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any car or it's contents.

By making payment of the deposit, or full amount if applicable, the hirer will be held to have accepted, and be bound by, the above terms and conditions.

Contact us by telephone or e-mail to confirm availability. After confirmation, your booking will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit.

Please make cheques payable to Iain Kennedy and enclose your contact details with the deposit. We will confirm receipt of your deposit.
